    Evdokija Danajloska Three Songs for a wounded Being (wp), Miroslav Spasov Echos (wp), Xenakis Nuits, Ligeti Lux Aeterna, Andreevska Lake, Lachemann Consolation II, Saariaho Nuits, Adieux, Avramovski Elegy
  • 1 April, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, with Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Borjan Canev
    Gabriel Fauré Requiem (Macedonian premiere)
  • 14-24 April, London and Birmingham
    Handel Il Penseroso, choreographed by Mark Morris. With ENO Orchestra, conducted by Jane Glover.
  • 9, 10, 13 July. NLCC premieres a new work for 40 voices by Michael Zev Gordon, based on DNA samples provided by the singers. Performances in the Diamond Light Synchrotron, Oxford, Cheltenham Festival, and the Royal Society of Medicine. Science project, composition, and performances generously supported by Wellcome Trust.
  • 28 or 29 November, Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival
    Michael Finnissy new work, Peter Adriaansz new work, Kagel l'Invention d'Adolphe Sax, with Rascher Saxophone Quartet.
